Aussie Crafting Corner uses Australia Post for deliveries, using a flat rate of $10.00 for all Australian domestic orders to a maximum weight of 5 kilos. Orders weighing more than 5 Kilos and all other destinations are based on weight and size. Additional insurance is highly recommended, as Aussie Crafting Corner cannot be held responsible for missing or uninsured parcels.

Returns
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase I will refund the cost upon the return of your purchase. Please dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs or you can physically return the purchase to Southern Fibre Artist Gallery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
